The New 2023 Nissan Ariya

Electric cars are becoming increasingly mainstream, and automakers are constantly pushing the boundaries amid climate change. Although the first electric vehicles were far from ideal due to their very limited range, times have changed. Nissan aims to keep up with the trend with its new electric crossover, the 2023 Nissan Ariya.

In this article, we’ll discuss the battery range, the prices of the different models of the 2023 Nissan Ariya, the storage space, the technologies, and the horsepower of this electric SUV.

What is the range of the 2023 Nissan Ariya?

The range of electric vehicles is the number one purchasing factor for future EV owners. Nissan Canada offers two battery configurations (63 kWh and 87 kWh) to accommodate different types of use, from city driving to long trips.

Model and Range Comparison:

| Model | Battery | Drive System | Estimated Range |

| :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |

| Engage | 63 kWh | FWD (Front-wheel drive) | 346 km |

| Evolve e-4ORCE | 63 kWh | TI (All-Wheel Drive) | 330 km |

| Evolve+ | 87 kWh | TA (Traction avant) | 458 km |

| Platine+ / Premiere| 87 kWh | TI (e-4ORCE) | 426 km |

What new technologies are available?

Nissan's latest model features three new technologies. The first is called "ProPILOT Park." It automatically parks your car using four cameras and 12 sensors—perfect if you hate parallel parking.

Second, Nissan has incorporated a thermal management system to warm the vehicle's battery in the winter. Finally, e-4ORCE technology involves integrating an electric all-wheel-drive system that features two motors and improves stability and traction.
